No time to stop now!

To Our Beloved Supporters,

This Summer (not in order)

  • My sister went to be with the Lord after sharing her clear testimony of trust in our Savior. (two trips to New Hampshire)
  • Deb’s father went to be with the Lord, after revealing his trust in the Savior.
  • Traveled with the Sailor and the Sheriff to the Creation Museum and the Ark Encounter (Pastor Jordon Saucer traveled with us).
  • Hosted a group of Christians and not-yet-Christians to watch the Fourth of July fireworks (across the road from our home).
  • Two granddaughters stayed with us for several days, and we traveled to house-sit with two other granddaughters.
  • Drove a load of my brother’s and sister-in-law’s furniture from Arizona to Southeastern Iowa.
  • Had a wonderful camp experience as we were the missionary speakers for Raccoon River Bible Camp.
  • Enjoyed friendship with many new international friends in Iowa City and in our home.
  • Attended two lakefront activities with Internationals friends from Iowa City.
  • Filled pulpit regularly across Iowa and in Massachusetts.
  • Continued all of our Bible Studies (below)

We are a bit worn right now! This Fall

  • We continue on with our Bible Studies
    • Saturday morning conversation partner in Japan by GoToMeeting.
    • Saturday Bible study with friends from Los Angeles.
    • Saturday evening GoToMeeting Bible study with young people (high school age) from the summer youth camp.
    • Tuesday evening study will resume in September with five or six participants.
    • The Bible study with the Sailor and the Sheriff.
    • Thursday evening study in Acts with a disciple, who has become a dear friend from Des Moines.
    • A Bible study with a friend in Beijing by GoToMeeting.
    • We will continue to minister in churches, as they request.
  • We will be involved with the FBBC&TS annual missions conference in October.
  • We have been asked to teach at a seminar in Iowa City, which will be attended by Christians across the city who are committed to ministering the gospel to the global community in Iowa City–super pumped about the opportunity.
  • I (Bill) am studying Nonprofit Organizational Leadership and Administration at the University of Iowa.
  • We are working towards the full launching of InterGlo Ministries.
  • Attending Global Training Network annual conference in February of 2024.
  • Preparing to travel to Kurdistan in March of 2024, and hoping to travel there with several doctors, and others who may join the team.

All of these will in one way or another contribute to the ultimate calling/goal of making disciples of all nations by ministering locally and discipling globally. We are “full up” with ministry opportunities and obligations. There is not much room in our schedule for more activity and we need your prayers. Pray as we maintain a disciplined diet, and a disciplined schedule of ministry, exercise, and rest.

We love and appreciate you,
