Dear Praying Friends,

God is at work, and I am glad to be able to share some of those ways with you.

M. I have asked you to pray for M many times. Life has been challenging for him the past few weeks. As I have shared verses of encouragement with him, he asked for a personal conversation. I met with him last night. As I shared the gospel and the necessity of the resurrection he felt conviction. He told me he was unable to make a decision right then as I was pressuring him. I told him that the Holy Spirit was convicting him (John 16:8-11) and that God was using my words, but the choice to repent is his to make. He was moved as he felt conviction of sin, judgment and Christ’s righteousness. I left him with a tract and homework to read 1 Corinthians 15. Please pray for his heart to be softend and the lies he believes to be broken down. God is mighty to save! Please pray for his salvation!

TTZ. It has been such a joy to teach in our institute (TTZ) and the chapter we have here in Neumarkt. This semester I am teaching what the Bible teaches about the Holy Spirit. It has been exciting to watch the participants grow in their understanding and comfort of the working of the Spirit in their lives.

Outreach. November 1st is all saints day, and most Catholics end up at the cemetery and pray over their lost relatives. For the second time now, we stood outside two cemeteries and handed out evangelistic calendars for 2025. Each page of the calendar has a nice picture and a Bible verse on it. Most people were truly thankful for the gift and took it. Within an hour we handed out 600+ calendars. I was encouraged by 4 people who came up to me and asked for the calendar as they still have the one from last year. One individual recognized me from our evangelistic bus ministry downtown Neumarkt this past summer. God is working. Please pray for fruit from the evangelistic outreaches that we do.

Family. We enjoyed a week off from school last week. We got some needed repairs done on the house and focused our time on quality time with the kids. The weather outside is cold and wet now, and we need God’s strength and health. Please pray for continued health.
Adelin was elected class liaison and has been able to share Christ with her class multiple times. When something goes wrong in class, the other girls expect her to lie and cover for them. She has stood firm and stated that she will not lie, as it is displeasing unto God. This has resulted in some tense moments, but God has used them to grow Adelin and give opportunity to share the reason why through the gospel. Please continue to pray for our kids who are required to be in the public schools and are as far as we know the only believers in their schools.

Church. The church continues to do well. This past Sunday we had a business meeting to start the process of creating our own non-profit status. Currently we are under BMM, and need to take this important step towards nationalizing the ministry. There was much understanding of the need, just not the how. Another man and I will create a recommendation over the next year and present it to the church at a later time. It is exciting to take these healthy steps in the life of the church. Please pray for continued unity und for understanding through this process.

Families. Please pray for the families in the church. It seems that every other day I am informed of another difficult issue that someone in church is walking through. I am thankful they are asking for prayer. Please pray that these individuals will put into practice the truths of Scripture.

We are so thankful for you and your continued prayers and support for us!

For His Glory,

Mark and Leslie Boyd
