Dear Friend,

This Giving Tuesday, we invite you to witness what God is doing in the village of Gbonota, Liberia. Faith, determination, and community have come together to build something incredible.

In our photos you’ll see the community of Gbonota build their school:

They gathered sand from all around them and laid the foundation.

They built the walls — built from over 10,000 hand-made bricks.

The plaster is laid, and the roof is on.

The classrooms are taking shape — soon filled with children ready to learn and grow in Christ.

The people of Gbonota are building their own school to replace a school their local government left behind, to be open only once a week. Rather than give up, the village decided to take action.

They made the bricks, raised the walls, and are building for their children’s future.

BCH is simply coming alongside them—helping them finish strong and furnish a school that will serve pre-K through 12th grade by day and host vocational training for parents by night.

This school will do more than teach ABCs and 123s.

Every classroom will point to Jesus and offer hope.

And every student will be equipped to follow God’s calling—whether into college, a trade, or ministry.

$50 builds a desk for 3 students

$1600 furnishes a complete classroom for the students and teachers.
