| Thank you for praying for our trip to Peru. God answered your prayers and provided for our safety, strength, and wisdom.
Our time among these choice servants of God blessed us. Sherry and I took our first missions trip together in 1998 to the country of Peru. We made numerous subsequent trips there during our time at Faith and have developed many deep relationships with the missionaries. As a result, we delighted to be back in the country for the first time since 2019 to renew friendships and make new ones. The retreat gave us the opportunity to serve in each of our overlapping circles of ministry—relationship-building, counseling/discipleship, and formal teaching.

As you read this, we are on our way to our next opportunity to connect with a group of missionaries, flying to Cyprus on Friday/Saturday (February 20-21). We will join with others from BMM’s Global Ministry Center to serve the missionaries of Arica and Europe. Thank you for praying for us.

Thank the Lord for the ministry He gave us in Peru, including Jeff’s opportunity to share the Word, the fellowship opportunities with the missionaries, and the more serious personal conversations that took place as well.
Ask the Lord for safety as we travel from February 20 to March 1. We already have several opportunities scheduled for personal conversation with missionaries during our time in Cyprus and are confident that the Lord will bring many more our way. Please pray for the Lord to give us wisdom in each interaction. Jeff will present two workshops to assist missionaries as they disciple others. Please pray that he will present clearly what God has placed on his heart.
