Dear Praying Friends,
Thank you so much for praying for both of those building requests. The specifics for both buildings ended up being a no, however God worked through both of them. Our coworkers, the Snell’s, signed a different rental contract less than a week later and could move in right away. They are now in the process of buying and building a kitchen, appliances, wardrobes, beds, and such things. We are excited to see how God continues to help them and supply their needs.
The church building also ended up being a no, since the brother in law of the owner is a Catholic priest somewhere in Germany and said that we were a secretive cult. In the process I was able to share the gospel several times with the realtor and tell him that our God is bigger than this property.
Obviously, getting yet another ‘no’ for a public meeting place was discouraging for our people, however it is a chance to stretch our faith and to grow nearer to God. Will you pray with us for a public meeting location?
We continue meeting for forming our doctrinal statement. We are currently working through eternal security. It has been amazing to see God give unity in the midst of some very serious and lengthy discussions. This unity can only come from God.
Thank you for your prayers and support! We truly appreciate them!
For His Glory,
