To Our Prayer Force,

Â

A few weeks ago, our pastor talked about prayer as warfare & said, “Prayer is the necessary air support in order to sustain missionaries’ combat against the enemy on the ground.”

Â

At the beginning of this semester, God has opened many doors for us/for Nancy: Nancy is continuing to teach the Bible to: 1) MiJi & her 2 kids, SOYOON & UCHEN. A month ago, they came to our home for dinner. 2) KYUNGA & her 2 kids, HAJUN (age 7) & CHLOE (age 5). All of the aforementioned are from Korea, & they know nothing about the Bible/Gospel. Please also pray for the salvation of Miji’s husband & Kyunga’s husband.

Â

Several years ago, JUN & his sister, KATE, made professions of faith at our church. Now they’re living in Korea, & Nancy is having a Bible study with Jun (via Zoom). After the Bible study, Jun tells his family what he learned. Please pray for his entire family to get saved: KiM & KEERA (Jun’s parents) & KEERA’S MOM.

Â

Also, please pray for the salvation Nancy’s ESL (English as a Second Language) students including: OLGA & VALENTINA (from Ukraine), BONO & TUBA (from Afghanistan), & GUAN-WEN (from Taiwan).

Â

Two Sundays ago, & last Sunday, YING, (a young Christian from China), & her 2 sons, PETER & TONY, visited our church. Ying’s husband, LEON, isn’t interested in Christianity. (I’ll attach a pic of when they ate with us in our home.)

Â

God has also orchestrated many conversations at our literature tables. For example, last week, CiAN talked to me a second time. Even though he’s not a Christian, he has recently read the entire O.T. I asked him if he knew what the animal sacrifices pointed to, & he replied, “no.” I explained, “Animal sacrifices were like a credit card that only temporarily  pays for a given item – until the final payment must be paid … Jesus is the final payment for our sins.”

Â

A couple weeks ago, (unsaved) ROHAN talked to me at my lit table. Last Friday night, Rohan attended our Bible study &, afterwards, he asked a myriad of astute questions. Unsaved ANDRES (from Colombia) & JHUBiN (from China) continue to attend our Bible Study almost every Friday night.

Â

Yesterday I played basketball, again, with (unsaved) ZACH, JOSH & CAM. Zach likes to talk about spiritual things. Josh frequently attends our Bible studies. Cam is taking a philosophy class which is giving me opportunities to interact with him & share the Gospel.

Â

Thank you for being the necessary air support in order to sustain Nancy’s & my combat against the enemy on the ground!
