Dear Prayer Partner,                                                                                         Â

During evangelism on Saturday, we were able to share the gospel with people in both English and Spanish. Once the gospel was shared, we would ask if they had any prayer requests and would pray with them. We realized many just needed someone to listen. “People don’t care how much you know until they know how much you care!” The burdens many carry cause many to slip into depression. People need the Lord!

And He said to them, Go into all the world and preach the gospel to every creature. Mark 16:15  Would you pray for these specific individual’s salvation?  Milton, Clarica, Frank, Calvin, Maria Antonia, AnaKaren and Melissa.

Continue to pray as we meet new contacts weekly. We have a Colombian man that requested a Bible Study; so starting one soon is in the works. Please pray for wisdom as we sort out the logistics.

Praise the Lord we’ve met Latinos from Panama, Nicaragua, Puerto Rico, Guatemala, Colombia, Cuba, Mexico and El Salvador. Also, we were able to invite young people to a soccer practice and tournament going on for 6 weeks and hope to get to know families and share the gospel with them. Appreciate if you would pray specifically to this end especially on Tuesdays and Saturdays when soccer is happening.

Thanks for praying, we finally got settled into our home and even our German Shepherd, Zorro, has adapted to his new backyard.  Sadly, he has been guarding his territory so well that he caught and ate a wild rabbit that came through the yard, poor thing!  We also enjoyed a REST Conference in Hickory, NC with other Pastors and wives and the theme this year was on Friendship; it was very encouraging and refreshing.  We were able to meet new people and make friends with like-minded servants of God! Once again some of our projects include soccer balls, Spanish Bibles and gospel tracts.

                                                          PROJECTS:

#1 ESL books, Bibles and Tracts. #2 Soccer balls.

We treasure each of you!
