March 2026
Thank you for all your prayers during our camp season. We had a very enjoyable season with lots of decisions: for salvation, to serve the Lord, and to spend more time reading His Word and walking with Christ. Thank you for praying for health to continue working at camp. During other responsibilities, a large tree fell on the wall. So, we had to cut up a lot of wood that was used for making benches for the camp fire area. We made more bunkbeds for the new dorms, also.
Stephen will be teaching one course again this semester at the Bible college called “Church Planting”. He just finished teaching the book of Revelation at church and is now going through the book of Esther.
Next year the Pastor’s retreat and the Peruvian BMM retreat will come to our camp here in Trujillo, for the first time, instead of us traveling to Lima. We have one large project for the year, and that is to make a nice green soccer field, which calls for a new water system. Right now, we have lots of water since it is raining in the mountains, but in the winter and dry time we do not have as much. Please pray with us for strength and wisdom. The size of the field will be about 150 feet by 300 feet. We plant the grass sprigs by hand, so we are planning some work days with people from our churches here to help with that. Please pray for health and strength to get it all done.
Thank you very much for praying for the different ministries here in Peru!
In Christ,
Stephen & Evelyn Stilwell
